Launching The Ethnic Sample 6 – Today CD (Sonoton Recorded Music Library, code number SAS 109). Contains 32 soundtracks from fourteen countries, with three compiled from the Brazil Today CD – Luciano Alves (code number SAS 204, Authentic Series).

The Brazil Today CD was first recorded in Brazil and then masterized on the Dolby Surround sound system in Vienna. It contains 10 new tracks by Luciano Alves with several variations (2:30, 1 and 0:30 minutes), making a total of 52 tracks for use on videos, television, movies and commercials. 

This work highlights the seamless integration between the acoustic instruments played by Brazilian musicians and the analog and digital electronic keyboards of Luciano Alves. This repertoire is based on many different rhythms that are typical of Brazil: baião, samba, bossa-nova, ijexá, afoxé, etc.

These two CDs are not available for sale. Sonoton Music (Munich) specializes in the production and distribution of music CDs as well as sound effects for adding soundtracks to many different types of media, making its products available on a licensing basis. For a specific television broadcaster or video producer to use these CDs, the CD code must be given, and a contract must be signed directly with Sonoton.
